Gilo Creations prides itself on keeping a readily available quantity of stock ready for delivery making it possible to ship immediately if the product is rush. Other delieveries will be made within 5-7 business days unless otherwise indicated by the seller or buyer.

Retours et remplacements

Products purchased can be returned or replaced within 10 days of purchase only if the products shiped were misrepresented to the consumer or if they were received damaged. Any other circumstances will be evaluated as they are received. We have the right to refuse returns if the products are received in good condition upon return. Certain restrictions apply.

Payment for orders can be made online through Paypal or alternate methods can be arranged by contacting our customer service between Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm EST. Pricing is either in Canadian or US currencies as indicated on the website. Promotional pricing is for a limited time only and is subject to change at anytime.
